Finance

Our multi-disciplined finance teams support and improve business performance while maintaining effective and robust control. We have teams working within our retail divisions; reviewing financial performance, identifying trends, spotting opportunities and supporting business planning and decision making. In our Central Finance Team, business performance is recorded, reported and analyzed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Finance staff also play an active role in the review and enhancement of business processes and technology usage.

Role: Graphic & Visual Specialist

 

Job Profile:  A visual and graphics specialist who supports our corporate, employee communications and reputation management goals, helping to drive employee understanding of internal business initiatives and build engagement with Alshaya’s business objectives, Vision and Values.  

 

Key Performance Areas:

Work as part of a team of executives / specialists to support delivery of the department’s annual plan – with team responsibilities that include:

 

  • Create visual and graphic content to enable corporate communications requirements (images, films, graphics, presentations. online etc.) – for internal and external use.
  • Maintain the central visual asset library for the communications team.
  • Effectively track all activity to support performance evaluation and drive actionable insights.
  • Contribute to our employee podcast Alshaya Unplugged, through editing and idea generation.
  • Contribute to Alshaya’s Corporate Content calendar – sourcing, developing, and placing content across internal channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal communications team to optimise the impact of messaging.
  • Support on internal change projects and corporate initiatives as part of established project teams (as assigned)
  • Create and maintain customer-centric relationships with brand and functional teams, providing advice, ideas, and support.
  • Work as part of team to deliver the Alshaya Awards for Excellence and other internal events as required.
  • Work closely with the external comms team to support with social media content and external events.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered in line with core communications processes and standards, whilst embracing continuous improvement.
