Role Profile: As CRM Analyst, you will support the day to day management and support the development of a marketing calendar and other marketing execution activities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to ensure effective execution of campaigns. Working closely with senior managers you will execute data driven campaign solutions tailored to your audiences.

The Below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of retail marketing campaign creation
• Utilise Responys as our marketing automation platforms
• Work with the Lead CRM Analyst to report on the campaign results and present in an easily digestible way to senior management
• Help create a strong CRM value proposition to service identified segments through enhanced services and experiences
• Improve the customer experience through refining the CRM campaigns end to end journey and lifecycles
• Work with the wider team to ensure these segments are fully serviced through comms, experiences and product enhancements as appropriate
• Support brand loyalty programmes as a loyalty SME – consult role
• Ability to utilise metrics/analytics to identify opportunities and measure results
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a small team to success
• Skilled in multi-tasking and supporting several projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
• Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills
• Strong self-starter
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic a bonus)

• Knowledge:
• 3+ years of experience in managing CRM analytics in an FMCG retail environment.
• 3+ years in campaign execution
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-centric, data-driven marketing role, within CRM/Loyalty
• Experience in Retail (business roles)
• Proficient in CRM Marketing Automation tools/Data Analytical and reporting tools such as Responsys, Exponea, Adobe, Manthan, Algonomy.
• Working understanding and hands-on experience of SQL, HTML, Javascript and tools like PSD/Adobe illustrator.
• experience in email development industry best practices and benchmarks.
• Workflow systems (JIRA), Google Analytics, Social media platforms, Email solution providers are a plus

Experience:
 3+ years of experience in managing CRM analytics in an FMCG retail environment
