The Role: Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of all marketing programs and initiatives, collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing and communications functions in order to operate within the guidelines of both Alshaya and your host brand.

Key Functions, Core Skills, and Expectations

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategies into local action plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage online campaigns across multiple countries.
  • Work closely with product, creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure unified messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

Brand Management & Communication

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity in line with both Alshaya and brand principal requirements.
  • Uphold and enforce regional brand guidelines, ensuring all communications meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, supporting reputation-building initiatives and loyalty campaigns.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Create digital campaigns including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification marketing tailored for local audiences.
  • Create and adapt engaging content for websites, banners, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Create and adapt engaging content for brand paid search, video briefs, paid social briefs, and aura campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor digital performance and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals for marketing activities.
  • Coordination and recommendations to stakeholders to support business growth and decision-making.
