Role: Digital Hub Co-Ordinator (Customer & Technology)
This role is central to our Customer & Technology team. We seek a creative, energetic team player who ensures our community operates smoothly and collaborates effectively. We need a capable coordinator to keep Alshaya informed about our activities creatively and to maintain community morale with regular events and celebrations.
Responsibilities:
As per above statements, the holder will make
decisions on the design of communication in alignment with the head of Customer & Technology O ice
recommendations on the best modes and types for communications
decisions on how to resolve office or administrative issues, building an internal network with IT, Property, Finance, PAs and the Digital Hub teams.
Required Core Competencies:
Experience in graphic design and event management is valuable, but we are also open to considering recent graduates from creative disciplines who possess the right attitude and energy to perform the tasks outlined above.

Another crucial trait is a creative and innovative mindset. Every single communication needs to stay fresh and trendy, so expected to tailor each message to the audience in a unique way.
Working understanding of some design tools would be required.

Design Compelling Communications:
This is where the coordinator gets to shine! As the communication wizard, she/he is expected to leverage latest tech (including Gen AI) to create awesome content for the product launches, rollouts, milestone celebrations, and more. The mission: produce top-notch written and visual content for our various comms platforms, keeping everything in line with our division’s voice and vibe. Ready to break from tradition and challenge the norm!
Rock The Office Events:
One of the core responsibilities for this position is to plan, organise and execute inter-team events across the markets team is operating from. There’s no better person to round up the different teams and make sure everyone will be available on a certain day at a certain time. If there’s an office party or a team off-site, the coordinator will manage logistics and figure out a time that is best for the team. Also sometimes to manage external events outside the office.
Take Care Of Administrative Responsibilities
The office assistant will be tasked with keeping track of minor accounting matters such as managing the budget for the events and taking care of the related reimbursements. Other occasional administrative task assignments will include pitching in with the Department Secretary for onboarding new team members in Dubai office and other admin tasks as they pop up
Keep The Office Buzzing
Another important aspect of the role is to ensure that the workspace is running smoothly and is always welcoming. It involves coordinating with IT, Property, HR, and Security to make sure the office is a great place to be for everyone.
