Role Profile:
To ensure all sales and purchase related systems within the division, have accurate and relevant master data, to enable transactional systems to talk to each other, and support management reporting. Monitor supply chain and other commercial applications, and complete required data updates as well as liaising with central IT teams to ensure any issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). This role will also be responsible to coordinate with Central Finance Team for food cost booking in KFR and assisting cost analysts to issue COGS reports and provide insights to resolve deviations in COGS, core efficiencies and inventory. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in supply chain and other divisional report automation and standardization projects.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
He / She will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the master data setup
Maintain and Develop tools enabling business to capture the required master data based on business rules.
Maintain and Develop business rules by studying the business process and application requirements.
S upport the business to maintain a systemic APL (Approved Product List)
Maintain and develop tools with the support of the central IT department to automate the flow of master data between business users.
Maintain and develop KPI’s to track the health of Master Data and identify challenges in tools or processes that lead to bad data.
Support the business with the implementation of new applications and tools from a master data perspective.
Ensure team members are adhering to the SLA agreed.
Managing data integration between applications that are used within the Hospitality Division
Liaises with Central Finance and Divisional Finance team for store inventory and food cost booking in KFR
Support and guide supply chain analysts to issue periodic COGS and Inventory reports and make necessary adjustments to rectify cost and inventory errors.
Knowledge:
ü Should be an expert in MS-Office suite, DB Management, AIMS/GOLD/COMS application, and good knowledge of products used in Food Division
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT related field. (Data Management, Development or Support Function) within food industry or retail is preferred. Experience in IT change management and retail systems is required.
10+ years supply chain management experience
5+ years procurement or service management experience
Experience with Asian, American, European and MENA supply chains preferred.
An outstanding track record of service standards
Multi-brand, multi-market, multi-channel management experience
Skills:
Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of business management
Ability to manage and develop a skilled team
Able to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and draw conclusions/make recommendations.
Good report writing and presentation skills –verbal and written
Ability to lead, plan and organize complex, cross-functional projects
