Role Profile: 

Support the team in driving overall strategy, and delivery of initiatives to protect the profit and assets of the business. The analyst will support the fraud investigations teams by conducting in-depth analysis of exception reporting systems. Additionally, handle Salesforce administration tasks.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

Fraud Prevention:

  • Compile and review data collected from various sources.
  • Review transactions in a manual review queue for fraudulent behaviour and identify trends.
  • Provide fraud rule recommendations based on data and trends to improve fraud detection.
  • Good understanding of fraud risks, and risk management processes to identify and monitor fraud risks in eCommerce.
  • Respond to real-time fraud attacks.
  • Produce necessary reporting for Sr Management.
  • Maintain metrics for measuring the success of fraud detection/prevention strategies.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain high level of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Foster teamwork and collaborative environment to meet objectives.
  • Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Additional tasks may be added as determined by senior management.

Salesforce:

  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Import, update, and export data from Salesforce.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues.

  • Excel (Formula/Format/Pivot) essential

  • Strong research skills including experience with online search tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and complete projects on time, often on a tight deadline.
  • Possess the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy
