This role provides exposure to the KSA market and multiple world-famous brands Alshaya's By joining the team, you will drive international best-practice and constantly seek to improve and innovate through leading and coaching the team.

Your ability to build strategic plans as well as your leadership and management skills will be essential to shape your team around business needs and deliver a seamless, high-quality service to all related functions.

Person Specification:

You will have:

  • Significant demonstrable recruitment experience, gained in either an agency or an in-house setting
  • Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters
  • Multiregional recruitment experience
  • Experience of working on various projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision making particularly for forecasting & growth requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition & mobility best practice, allowing you to create, implement and manage TA programs
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, ability to challenge and influence decisions, budget discussions, workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams
  • Coaching, mentoring and performance development & improvement
  • Acting as a quality SME, suggesting process improvements and optimization.
  • Promoting data integrity and quality.
  • Agency/vendor assessment, identification, negotiation and agreement drafting
  • Leading and supporting  business projects for divisional alignment around our overall business direction.
