The Role: 

Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.

Help improve the employee experience at our organization. Your job is to assist in creating a positive work environment, increasing employee happiness and engagement, and making sure employees have smooth transitions during their time with us.

This role involves supporting various people-focused processes and helping with tasks related to Employee Relations & Off-boarding, Recruitment & Onboarding, Training Deployment, and Employee Engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

  • Two years working in a large commercial organization in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.
  • Retail operations experience or customer service experience desirable.
  • Good general education including good practical demonstration of understanding of English language.
  • Understanding local Labor Laws is an advantage.
  • PC literate
