Building and maintaining strong relationships with KSA ministry officials, Mutawa and Mall management while ensuring stores within AOR are adhering to Ministry regulations, Mall rules and SOP’s. Escalating non compliance to operators and GRD while ensuring necessary action is taken to minimize staff being placed under arrest from Mutawa, also eliminating KSA Ministry and mall management fines, penalties and potential store closures.

Manage and build strong relationships with KSA ministry officials, Mutawa and mall management in Granada Mall, Sahara Mall, Kingdom Centre and Riyadh Gallery Mall.
Ensure all stores, restaurants and cafes within these malls are adhering to female staffing regulation as set out by the KSA ministry and escalating violations to brand teams, GRD and line management. Take necessary steps along with brand teams and GRD to resolve violations in adherence to such female staffing regulations.
Ensure all stores, restaurants and cafes within these malls are adhering to company and ministry policies and procedures when implementing sale and promotion activities as set out by the KSA ministry and CMD. Escalating non compliance of these rules to brand teams, GRD and line management while taking the necessary steps to ensure that any non compliance in rectified immediately to eliminate any risk of being penalised or store closure.
Conduct daily price checks and internal store audits to ensure that all stores, restaurants and cafes are in compliance with company and KSA ministry regulation on pricing regulations and POS rules and regulations. Ensuring any violations are rectified immediately to eliminate any risk of being penalised by ministry officials while escalating non compliant stores to brand operations, GRD and line management.
Ensure consistent operational cleaning standards are maintained in all stores, restaurants and cafes within these malls. Managing cleaning staff to ensure all stores is serviced and a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the malls.
Monitoring opening and closing timings to ensure all stores, restaurants and cafes within AOR are opening and closing as per mall hours and prayer times during trading hours.
 
Knowledge:
Knowledge and understanding of the KSA culture and ministry regulations
 
Experience:
Management experience with a clear understanding of compliance to country and business operating procedures. Some experience in dealing with the KSA ministry, mall management and Mutawa.
 
Skills:
Must be a confident speaker who has the ability to build good relationships with ministry officials, Mutawa and mall management. Must be proactive and a self starter with good communication skills
