The Role

As Area Manager, you lead people, performance and standards across a group of stores. You drive results through strong leadership, commercial focus and daily presence on the shop floor, ensuring every store delivers the energy and attitude that defines Foot Locker.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and developing Store Managers and teams to deliver sales growth
  • Driving performance through commercial insight, coaching and execution
  • Ensuring strong visual standards, brand presentation and store energy
  • Embedding a culture of product knowledge, styling and customer connection
  • Partnering with Support Functions to deliver consistent execution
