As Head of Retail Operations, you will have end‑to‑end accountability for the People and Business across all H&M markets in MENA. Sitting at the centre of brand and divisional leadership, this role ensures that H&M’s fashion ambition, commercial priorities and values are consistently translated into compelling store experiences and strong business results.

This is a fashion‑focused leadership role, requiring a deep passion for product, trends and visual presentation, alongside disciplined commercial and operational execution. You will lead how fashion is interpreted locally — from how collections are styled and presented, to how our people represent the brand and inspire customers every day.

Working in close partnership with H&M global and regional brand teams, and Alshaya support functions, you will ensure clarity, alignment and pace across a complex multi‑market environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead retail and sales performance across MENA, driving results through fashion‑led commercial execution
  • Ensure exceptional visual presentation across all stores, bringing product, trends and campaigns to life in line with global brand direction
  • Translate seasonal fashion strategy into clear commercial actions that maximise sell‑through and customer engagement
  • Delivering the people agenda, building confident, style‑aware leaders who live the brand and inspire their teams
  • Set standards for how H&M shows up in stores — from styling and VM to customer interaction and brand tone
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure aligned, fashion‑forward execution
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand, market and company standards while respecting local nuance
  • Foster a collaborative, connected regional community that shares best practice in fashion, visuals and performance
