As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a high-energy, multicultural team and play a key role in delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience, while driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve high performance and engagement
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness
• Drive sales performance and manage costs to achieve financial targets
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Raising Cane’s values
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to support succession planning and growth

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Commercial awareness and ability to drive business results
