Head of Online – Footlocker & New Balance, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to join Foot Locker & New Balance as Head of Online. This role has end-to-end accountability for the online P&L across both brands, leading digital trading, accelerating growth, and creating exceptional omnichannel customer experiences. Working across two iconic brands, you will shape the online strategy, drive commercial performance, and deliver seamless customer journeys across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Commercial Leadership: Own the online P&L, driving sales, profitability, and sustainable growth through trading, merchandising, and promotional planning
  • Digital Trading: Lead the online trading calendar, ensuring launches, campaigns, and key retail moments are executed flawlessly
  • Customer Experience: Deliver seamless omnichannel experiences that maximise engagement and conversion
  • Performance & Insights: Use customer and trading insights to optimise performance and retention.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to deliver commercial success
  • People Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing digital team

To be successful, you should have:

  • Proven experience leading digital trading and managing an e-commerce P&L within retail.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and omnichannel retail.
  • Experience managing product launches, promotional events, and fast-paced trading calendars.
  • Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for sportswear and deep understanding of e-commerce trends & customer behavior
