The Role:
As GRD Coordinator you will be the day-to-day contact for store-based employees, management and other support functions for People services – Government Relations queries.
Your knowledge of UAE Labour Law, policies and the use of databases and other resources will enable you to resolve enquiries and issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- 3 years' HR Administration experience within a large commercial organization
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- High school education
- Fluency in English.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, as well as analytical and detail oriented and with proven organizational skills.
