The Role:
As a Coordinator-People Experience, you will be an integral part of the People Experience team, working closely with a team of people experience professionals and business stakeholders to support the recruitment process and enhance the overall employee experience. Focus areas include Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Off-boarding, Training Deployment, and Employee Engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and using a computer
- Previous experience in a similar role or in roles that involve significant interaction with employees and management
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask
- Desirable who have knowledge of talent acquisition, training and development
- HR policies and practices, employee engagement strategies, and compliance with employment law.
