Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and PR Executive to join our passionate team at COS, Monki & Other stories . As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's marketing and public relations strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our fashion brand in the competitive industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  2. Public Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and industry insiders to secure media coverage and brand features.
    • Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate brand announcements, launches, and events.
    • Monitor media coverage and manage media inquiries, ensuring brand messaging is accurately represented.
  3. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
    • Create captivating content across various platforms, utilizing visuals, copy, and multimedia to tell the brand's story and showcase products.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and on-brand content, including blog posts, videos, visuals, and other marketing collateral.
  5. Event Planning and Execution:
    • Conceptualize and organize events, such as product launches, fashion shows, and pop-up shops, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and oversee event execution to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  6. Market Research:
    • Stay current with fashion industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Translate market insights into actionable strategies that resonate with the brand's audience.
  7. Collaborations and Partnerships:
    • Identify and nurture collaboration opportunities with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations to expand the brand's reach and enhance its image.
  • Develop and Execute eCommerce Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through online channels.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution and optimization of various digital marketing activities, including but not limited to:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
    • Social Media Marketing (organic and paid)
    • Email Marketing campaigns (segmentation, automation, and content creation)
    • Affiliate Marketing programs
    • Influencer Marketing initiatives
    • Display advertising
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure a user-friendly, engaging, and high-converting online shopping experience. This includes optimizing product pages, landing pages, and the overall site navigation.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and implement content strategies relevant to the online audience, including blog posts, product descriptions, website copy, and social media content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and PR roles within the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the digital landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
