Role Profile:

The individual must have overall 7+ years of experience in EBS Solution, have broad knowledge of the entire Planning & Forecasting cycle and in-depth knowledge of EBS functionality. Ability to work independently who will be aligned with all relevant teams for the implementation/support. 

Experience:

7-9 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle eBusiness (EBS)

Advanced knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools 10g and above (e.g. Forms, Reports).

Should have work experience in RICEW components in Oracle HRMS/Payroll/SSHR.

Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL programming and Proficient in performance tuning.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Interfaces/Conversions and APIs in Oracle HRMS/Payroll.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow customization and development.

Hands-on experience in OAF development and personalization. Good understanding of EO, VO, CO, AM and OAF Pages using J-developer along with Java coding.

Hands-on experience in building Oracle Forms and Form Personalization.

Proficient in building custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher(XML) & Oracle Reports.

Solid understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.1.3 and above) table structures, views, AOL concepts.

Techno-Functional experience in at least 3-4 modules (HRMS or HCM) module is mandatory.
