Role Profile:
We are seeking a talented and meticulous Digital Analytics Manager to join our digital analytics team. This role is critical for providing actionable insights through app analytics to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, technical acumen for quality assurance, and a strategic mindset to translate data into compelling stories.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of app performance data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Implementation of web and app analytics tools such as GA4, Adjust, etc. through GTM and datalayer.
- Perform technical quality assurance (QA) on app data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex analytical problems and generate actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Create storyboards to effectively communicate analytical insights and recommendations.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs and analyses.
- Utilize mobile analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) for in-depth app analysis including customer journeys.
- Apply knowledge of user experience (UX) principles to enhance analysis.
- Experience with experimentation methodologies is a plus.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in analytics processes.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams and manage analytics projects.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business).
- At least 7 years proven experience in digital analytics with minimum 2 years in app & web analytics.
- Hands-on web and app analytics implementation knowledge are required.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics)
- Knowledge on SQL is necessary. Python / R is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferable.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles is preferable.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is preferable.
- Technical knowledge for QA processes and ensuring data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to approach problems creatively.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with storyboarding and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
