Role Profile: Officer – Employee Relations
Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
Help improve the employee experience at our organization. Your job is to assist in creating a positive work environment, increasing employee happiness and engagement, and making sure employees have smooth transitions during their time with us.
This role involves supporting various people-focused processes and helping with tasks related to Employee Relations & Off-boarding, Recruitment & Onboarding, Training Deployment, and Employee Engagement.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Support Managers & Employees with their queries & concerns around policies
- Assist in Grievance Procedures, Managing Misconduct, Disciplinary Hearing and investigations
- Arrange focus groups in stores and collate feedback
- Manage necessary trackers
Knowledge:
- Good general education including good practical demonstration of understanding of English/Arabic language
- HR professional qualifications would be an advantage
- Understanding of local Labour Laws an advantage
Experience:
- Two years working in a large commercial organisation in HR is an advantage
- Retail operations experience or customer service experience desirable
