Ensure no opportunity is lost to link sales and increase profitability.
 Maintain a clean working environment; schematically organise products and testers
within guidelines.
 Assist in preparing out-of-stocks lists for the Manager and the merchandising of
counter displays.
 Ensure store standards are maintained consistently.
 Ensure counter practices are as per brand guidelines and adhered to at all times.
Maintain 100% product knowledge to aid delivery of quality customer service in order to
maximise customer sales.
 Assist Store Manager in training new Lab technicians.
 Advise clients on products.
 Promote Le Lebo products and assist in achieving sales targets set by the division and
company.
 To ensure that the Consultation Standards and Le Labo vision are adhered to at all
times.
Deliver quality customer service in line with Alshaya/brand specific requirements.
 To provide the Le Lebo luxury experience to all customers and achieve service targets
set by the brand through the Store Manager.
 Ensure every customer is offered the Le Labo experience.
Attend and participate in all Alshaya/brand events and training including product launches.
 Execute events accordingly to the events guidelines as directed by the Line Manager.
