The Role:

The Marketing Executive for ALO will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, event activations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and support business growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include leading influencer collaborations and executing impactful activations and VIP experiences. The role also covers supporting paid digital campaign, CRM and analyzing performance to optimize results and ROI.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, store colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless execution, consistency and alignment with overall brand objectives and guidelines.

Candidates should have 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on influencers and events, strong project management and organizational skills and excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English.

Creativity, analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential along with attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
