The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant including the selection, development and performance of employees.

In addition, you will oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies, work to optimize profits and ensure that guest satisfaction is a priority.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

- At least 3 years experience in management

- Good knowledge of the food industry.
