Business Manager – Texas Roadhouse, Kuwait/UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven leader to join Texas Roadhouse as Business Manager. This role is responsible for driving the overall success of the brand, leading restaurant operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable sales and profit growth. Working closely with the franchisor and internal stakeholders, you will ensure operational excellence, exceptional guest experience, and continued brand growth across the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Business Strategy: Develop and execute the brand’s business strategy and annual business plan to deliver sustainable growth.
• Commercial Performance: Drive sales, profitability, and cost performance while ensuring delivery of business targets.
• Brand Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with Texas Roadhouse, ensuring alignment on brand objectives and initiatives.
• Product & Pricing: Oversee product, pricing, and inventory strategies to optimize sales, margins, and stock efficiency.
• Marketing & Promotions: Lead brand promotional activities and marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement and business performance.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure best practices are implemented across operations, customer experience, compliance, health & safety, and people management.
• People Leadership: Develop high-performing teams, drive succession planning, and create opportunities for talent growth.

To be successful, you should have:

• Strong operational leadership experience within hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-site environments.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth, profitability, and business performance targets.
• Experience developing business plans and executing commercial strategies.
• Strong understanding of operations, marketing, inventory management, and pricing principles.
