Role Profile:

• Support the NPD team in transferring innovative ideas into production while maintaining the NPD stage-gate process from concept to launch.
• Recipe costing across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait markets.
• Batch Sheet
• Scaling recipes from kitchen trials to factory production, including yield and waste analysis.
• Establishing product specifications, photography standards, acceptable quality criteria, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Coordinating shelf-life studies, transport validation, and product stability assessments.
• Ingredient Declaration, allergen management
• Calorie upload on Nutritics
• Managing product documentation, version control, and document compliance.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and cost.
• Working closely with NPD Culinary, Production, QA/FSQA, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches
• LAF - Artwork verification for packaging and printing.
• Nutritional analysis.

Knowledge:

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Organised and priority focused.
• Project planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of food regulatory requirements, including GSO 2000:2025.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Experience with Export Registration Tracker management and feedback.
• DM and SFDA registration processes.
• GSO 2055-1:2015 – Halal Products: General Requirements.
• GSO 9:2022 – Labelling of Prepackaged Foodstuffs

Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, Epicor, Gold, and AIMS, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in nutrition software.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• An understanding of packaging design and development.
• An understanding of ASWIs.
• Preparation and maintenance of batch sheets.
• Creation and management of OBLs to ensure regulatory compliance
