The Role:

Maximise store contribution by proactively driving sales, reduce stock loss and manage controllable costs.

Motivate and develop team members and ensure store complies with all company regulations and procedures.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Maximise sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.

- Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls. Implement processes specific to store product / size / location.

- Lead and manage a team including; in Store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals. Furthermore, deliver expert customer care by personally demonstrating 4 key elements in every interaction.

- Warm welcome –Establish needs –Product recommendation –Finish strong.

- Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines. Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions. Ensure store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.

- Ensure communication is effective throughout store and back to brand team.

- Review and act upon commercial reports in order to deliver targets.

- Manage manpower planning according to needs of business.

- Provide pharmaceutical care in accordance with the local legislation, ethics, and operating practices.

Knowledge:

- Qualified/certified & registered Pharmacist.
